AI Literacy Workshops
For most students in government schools, our workshops are the first time they use a computer to create, not just to watch. SSF’s AI Literacy Workshops bring hands-on artificial intelligence learning directly into government classrooms across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
What Students Learn
AI Foundations: Students discover what artificial intelligence is and how it already shapes their world — from the apps on their phones to the future of farming in their own villages. Sessions run in simple Telugu and English, so no child is left out of the conversation.
Hands-On Tool Sessions: In small groups, students practise with real AI tools — writing prompts, creating presentations, translating between Telugu and English, and using AI to explore their own curiosity. Every child gets hands-on computer time, many for the very first time.
AI & Future Careers: Students see how AI is reshaping the careers they dream of — engineering, medicine, agriculture, design, civil services — and discover new opportunities in technology that didn’t exist when their textbooks were printed.
Responsible & Safe AI Use: Alongside the excitement, students learn digital safety, privacy basics, and how to question what AI tells them — building the critical thinking to use technology wisely, not just quickly.
