Over 35 years of distinguished public service, rising to Inspector General of Police and later serving as a Member of the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Council. He founded SSF to address the government-school education crisis he witnessed across the state's most underserved communities.

MSc Supply Chain Management (Sheffield Hallam University) and Leadership with AI (Indian School of Business). Hyder oversees all SSF operations, digital strategy, fundraising, and programme execution — coordinating the foundation's work across 23+ districts and 400+ government schools.
