SSF was founded by Shaik Mohammed Iqbal, a retired Inspector General of Police and former Member of the Legislative Council (MLC) of Andhra Pradesh. After a distinguished career in public service, he established SSF to address the systemic gaps in government school education — ensuring that students in public schools have access to the same quality of skills, technology, and opportunities as their peers in private institutions.

SSF currently operates across Andhra Pradesh, covering 23+ districts and 400+ government schools. We are actively expanding into Telangana. Our work is conducted in close coordination with state government education departments, District Education Officers (DEOs), and District Collectors.

SSF runs three flagship programmes: (1) Student Skills Development Programme — practical vocational and life-skills training for government school students; (2) AI Workshops — hands-on artificial intelligence literacy sessions for students and teachers; and (3) Next Generation Education System — systemic transformation of government schools through digital classrooms, learning resources, and teacher training.
-
SSF’s AI Workshops are interactive, hands-on sessions that introduce students and teachers in government schools to artificial intelligence concepts and tools. The workshops are designed to demystify AI, build foundational digital literacy, and help students understand how technology can be applied to solve real-world problems — equipping the next generation with skills relevant to a rapidly evolving economy.
